Heliup: industrialisation to support the energy transition
At a time when the energy transition is becoming a global priority, French start-up Heliup is taking a decisive step forward in its development. Specialising in solar energy, the Isère-based company has just installed its first photovoltaic panel production line. This major step symbolises its ambition to democratise access to solar energy and revolutionise the renewable energy sector.
Yannick Veschetti, CEO and co-founder of Heliup, at this new production unit. He told us about the challenges and prospects of this industrialisation phase, which represents a strategic turning point for the young company.
Industrialisation at the service of innovation
Setting up this production line is not simply a matter of increasing capacity. For Heliup, industrialisation must go hand in hand with innovation and energy efficiency. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and optimising every stage of the manufacturing process, the company aims to produce photovoltaic panels that are more efficient, more accessible and more sustainable.
“This new production line represents a major step forward for us. It will enable us not only to meet growing demand, but also to constantly innovate to offer ever more efficient solar solutions,” explains Yannick Veschetti.
Meeting fast-growing demand
With the energy transition underway, demand for photovoltaic solutions is growing exponentially. Heliup intends to position itself as a key player in this transformation, offering solar panels tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses alike. By bringing its production in-house, the company is strengthening its industrial independence and ensuring better control over the quality and environmental impact of its products.
A sustainable and committed vision
As well as industrialisation, Heliup’s development is part of a responsible and sustainableapproach . The company makes it a point of honour to limit its carbon footprint by optimising its manufacturing processes and encouraging short supply chains for raw materials.
The installation of this first production line is just the beginning. Heliup’s ambition is to scale up over the coming years by opening new units and continually optimising its technologies. It’s a major challenge, but one that reflects their commitment to making solar energy accessible to everyone.
We are proud to welcome Heliup as an SLS tenant and to support them in this industrial adventure. Their presence on our site illustrates our commitment to supporting players in innovation and the energy transition.
This milestone confirms Heliup’s role as a key player in France’s energy transition and paves the way for a new era in photovoltaics.
